Be Observant In Buying Quality Food and Food Ingredients By Looking At The Expiration Date

Very often it happens when we shop, we forget to see the expiration date of the food we buy, only when we are going to use it we try to remember when it was bought suddenly the food has expired. There are times because it feels like we still eat it or at best become residents of the trash.

Also be aware of the promo prices at the mall, because sometimes they give massive discounts even though the food is almost expired. Although not all give promos or discounts only for foods that are almost expired. But it's better to check carefully before buying.

Before buying food or drinks, it's a good idea to pay attention to the expiration date stated in the package. Each package of food products will have two types of dates, namely before date and expired date. What is that?

Before date is the date of consumption of food ingredients before they expire. Even if it has passed the date stated, the product is still safe for consumption because it only experiences a decrease in quality and nutrition. Unlike the case with expired date which is a date that indicates that food or drink is not safe for consumption because the product has undergone changes in shape and taste that are often accompanied by the growth of fungi, mucus, and bacteria. The entry of kadalaursa food or drink into the digestive system is very dangerous for the body because it can trigger various diseases. Starting from abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, disorders of the fetus, so that it can injure the stomach.

Therefore, there is nothing wrong for you to always pay attention to the expiration date and observance in buying basic foods and quality food from every food product you buy. Because isn't prevention better than cure?
